This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for purchases made on JackGenerate, our AI photo and video generation platform (the "Service"). It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Purchases are made from SMART SERVICE HUB LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia under identification number 405791790 (registered on 24 July 2025 with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry), with its registered address at Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake district, Nino Ramishvili street, N 31a, B block, −13.50 mark.
Where we offer a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and the first billing period is charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings to avoid any charge.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual).
Token packs are a one-time, pay-as-you-go purchase. Because tokens are delivered to your account immediately and can be spent right away, the following applies:
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with similar rules, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content and services, this right ends once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal — for example, when you start generating or begin using the Service immediately after purchase. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Refunds are made in the original currency of purchase; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your provider.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account pending review. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination and loss of access to any remaining tokens.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
