You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use JackGenerate. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at any sign of unauthorized use.
JackGenerate is a powerful creative tool, and with that comes responsibility. You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
We use automated and human review to enforce these rules. Violations may result in content removal, token forfeiture, or account suspension without refund.
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other materials you upload ("Inputs"). You grant JackGenerate a limited license to process them solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your Inputs.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the photos and videos you generate ("Outputs"). On every plan, this includes a worldwide, royalty-free commercial license with no watermark.
JackGenerate offers subscription plans and one-time token packs. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
The Service, including its software, models, design, and trademarks, is owned by JackGenerate Labs, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding or underlying technology beyond the use expressly permitted here.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions survive.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JackGenerate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
